Kenya is very prone to droughts and Laikipia County faced one in 2023 that was so severe it caused many children in the area to miss school due to hunger. TFalls Foundation Inc. introduced a lunch feeding program for Thiru Primary School, and later expanded the program to include the following neighboring schools:

• Mung’etho Primary School

• Muthengera Primary School

• Ewaso-Narok Primary School
